I have to figure out how to post the pictures at the bottom. It always sticks them at the top of my blog. But these are some pictures of the lake I went to last weekend. This was lunch on Sabado (sat).

This is Victors family.Sorry it took so long to blog, but its been a busy week. Mostly getting Victor ready to leave. And as I write this I realize he didn´t pick up his passport today soooo looks like we won´t be leaving till next week. But thats cool because we´ll be able to hang out with his sister, her husband and their kid, Leon. They´re a lot of fun and were really nice because they took me to this amazing lake last weekend which is what the pictures are of. It was a blast, super warm and the water was pleasantly cool. The food was delicious.
Today I got to eat at a vegetarian restaurant for this first time down here. It was delicious! Reminded me very much of Veggies in Rapid City...same setup.
That salad looks scrumptious. What's in it?

ReplyDeleteThe salad style is called cevechi or cevichi, I forget. Its either fish or shrimp and diced cucumbers, tomatoes, cilantro and lime juice for sauce...some other spices too but nothing overpowering.
