Wedding time!

More pics of San Pedro...i think these are the last. The family that I was staying with in San Pedro invited us to one of the members wedding. Here are the pictures. This is the boat ride over to San Juan. This is a picture of the Cada de India. (Face of the Mayan). The resemblence is stunning.

This is a picture of the wedding its self. It was very crowded and I was in a side room so this was as close as i could get.

Here were are preparing the wedding feast earlier in the day. Watching them kill and pluck the chickens was crazy! They even let me help!

As an interesting aside. I´m pretty sure that it was the soup from these chickens that got me sick in the previous post hahah. Had I only known....
